Presentations
Thanks for your interest in financial education from your credit union. We are evaluating our current delivery model, and have suspended scheduling in-person seminars at this time. Should you have special circumstances or extenuating need, please call 877.367.5428 to discuss your individual circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we work to improve financial education services delivery to our membership.
Employee Assistance Program
If you don't already have a financial component with your current Employee Assistance Program (EAP), we can provide this added benefit for you. All of our financial wellness materials, from a payroll insert to a phone call with a counselor, currently are free of charge to employees who are eligible to join LGFCU.
Your staff can take advantage of our self help process by downloading our workbooks. For those who want or need more personalized service, they can call toll free to speak with a Certified Financial Planner or Certified Financial Counselor for confidential, secure financial planning or counseling. Services are provided via telephone, email, U.S. mail or by fax with our Raleigh office. Calls are not reported to employers and a centralized location helps maintain a sense of anonymity, as opposed to localized service.
